Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, tell us and we'll refund you.

Your right to cancel

If you're in the UK, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it for any reason, without giving a reason. You don't need our permission and you don't need to explain.

To cancel, email us at Creatusrevinus@gmail.com with your order number. You can use the model cancellation form set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, but you don't have to — a plain email is enough.

Our 30-day policy

Beyond the statutory 14 days, we'll accept a refund request for any reason up to 30 days after your order arrives. This is our own policy and sits on top of your legal rights, not in place of them.

How to request a refund

Email Creatusrevinus@gmail.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. We don't need photos, receipts or original packaging — your order is already in our system.

You usually won't need to send anything back

In most cases we'll refund you and ask you to keep, donate or dispose of the item. Return postage costs more than the product is worth and we'd rather not waste it.

If we do ask for an item back, we'll cover the cost of return postage and send you instructions. Our return address is:

Please don't post anything to us before contacting us — we can't process returns we aren't expecting.

Refunds

We'll refund the full amount you paid, including standard delivery, to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us accepting your request, and usually much sooner. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us and we'll refund or replace it — your choice.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days from receipt to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and further rights to a repair, replacement or partial refund after that. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Exceptions

We can't refund gift cards.

Everything else we sell is covered, including anything bought on sale or with a discount code.

Exchanges

The quickest route is a refund followed by a fresh order. Email us and we'll sort the refund straight away.

Delivery times

Orders are shipped from our supplier and typically arrive within 7–14 days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us and we'll refund you in full.
